Image of C-3PO on a black starfield background. The names of the director,
cast, and title are in white at the top of the poster in a Western style
type font (referring to the notion that Star Wars was a "Space Western"). It
also
introduces the movie as an American fantasy film, and at the bottom left
hand corner of the poster you can find the Polish movie distributors logo -
ZRF (Zespoly Rozpowszechniania Filmow). Interesting Notes* - Alec Guinness's
first name was spelled as Aleo. Also, Erol drew up the illustration in late
'78 and put that date by his signature on the poster, even though it wasn't
to be used until March '79 for the release of the film in Poland. |
