This poster was printed for use as an advertisement for the Star Wars
concert series to be held throughout the UK in 1998. However, after a
successful 4 day run at the Barbican Centre (July 1- 4), the series was
apparently discontinued. It contains a picture of C-3PO guest conducting
with the London Symphony Orchestra, and the phrase "Any orchestra can
perform The Planets. We've actually been there." Also there is an LSO seal
on the poster and details on how to be a sponsor for these musical
adventures. |
