Bootlegs:
There are bootlegs of this poster. Most common one - a version printed
without the GAU Union
logo and the blue background color is slightly off, with some smearing of
the white lettering. Note - there are some advance posters that do not have
a Union logo that are in fact originals, however, most are not legitimate. |

Poster shows the famous tagline. A long time ago in a galaxy far, far
away... It also has the white Star Wars logo on the dark blue
background, and it contains the Fox and Dolby logos, along with the PG
ratings box. *Interesting Note - This is the poster you would have seen
during the open run of Star Wars in May '77, because the Jung Style "A"
one-sheet, didn't appear in theatres until late July. |
