Other Info: This poster, with the blue background, was produced on very cheap paper and was used by a local Japanese theater that played the two films back-to-back in 1986 for two days (12月25〜27日). It contains the name of the local theatre, along with the date of the showings. Fushimi Million Theater - In front of Keihan Morishōji Station (Morishōji Station (森小路駅, Morishōji-eki) TEL (952) 0007). At the top in red lettering it says, "Star Wars Convention" (スターウォーズ 大会) and below in yellow lettering it says, "Star Wars Releases 2•3" (Star Warsッリーズ 2•3 弾). On the side it says, "the last public release of the films at a theatre" and Panavision / Technicolor. In the middle of the poster is a cropped version of the artwork used for the Japanese Return of the Jedi poster. It shows the massive Death Star II image, with a silhouette of Darth Vader's upper torso on the left and several TIE-fighters chasing the evading Millennium Falcon. Below, in a triangular composition the rest of the major characters are seen in action poses with Luke Skywalker on top with his green lightsaber drawn. To the left it also shows Chewie firing the commandeered AT-ST at the Stormtroopers, Biker Scouts, and Imperial forces on Endor. Below the art it has the Japanese titles for both films (スター・ウォーズ 帝国の逆襲 / スター・ウォーズ ジェダイの復讐) and underneath them it lists Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, and Carrie Fisher's names.
