Other Info: In Hungary, many of the cinemas used their own graphic designers to illustrate films that were coming to their theaters. This incredibly rare Empire Strikes Back cardboard flexible standee was painted by Ludvig Zoltán for the Béke Cinema in Nagykanizsa. It has a black background with Luke Skywalker's large head/face portrait at the top and center with a slight smirk. Below him are drawings of Darth Vader and Boba Fett's upper torsos looking past one another ever so slightly at different angles. There is a rainbow-colored illustration drawn between the both of them and on the sides of Luke's chin. The title of the film - "A Birodalom visszavág", in small green lettering, is on the right-hand middle side between all the faces. There is also an abstract sci-fi-shaped-looking tea kettle on the left-hand side. The artist's signature block is also found just above the lower right-hand border. (Actual size = 99.5cm x 122.5cm )
