Other Info: This B5-sized tram poster is from the unique Hungarian A Birodalom visszavág poster series, by Tibor Helényi. This dual-sided tram poster contains images of a pair of stomping AT-ATs with a blazing orange sun planet in the background, while two Star Destroyers and TIE-fighters fly overhead. The bottom third of the artwork portrays a Vader-looking warrior image holding a lightsaber, standing in line with what appears to be other warriors - snowtroopers/bounty hunters. The top of the poster has the title logo and credits, along with the film distributors MOKÉP and MAHIR Magyar Hirdelo emblems and the tagline, "Szines, szinkronizált amerikai tudományos - fantasztikus film" (Colorful, dubbed American science - fantastic film). Tibor saw the films, but while working on the original oil paintings, he could only rely on his memories, so his works represented the gist of the movies, but he included and created new visions to go along with what was actually in the film. These painted compositions are very surreal and expressive while reflecting the popular visual world of the 1980s - which included the world of illustrated comics, and the popularity of the growing sci-fi genre. On the backside of the poster, with white background and red frame, was a listing of advertisements for several other current theatrical films - Legjobb Szórakozás A Mozi (Best Entertainment at the Cinema).
