Other Info: This is the first regular style version of the United Kingdom's Star Wars quads. It replaced the Hildebrandt Bros. advance quad fairly early on during the initial release of the film in the UK. It has the iconic Tom Chantrell character firing collage illustration that was used on all international style "C" campaign posters. Below the main artwork is the tagline, "May the Force Be With You". A large Star Wars logo in white lettering can be found to the right of the art and below it at the bottom of the poster is all the cast, credits, and copyright information. The quad also has the U rating on it which meant - (Universal) - Suitable for all. A U-rated film should be suitable for audiences aged four years and over. Interesting Note* - Before this quad was replaced with the Star Wars style "C" Academy Awards quad, an Oscar card tag was posted along side these posters to show the 7 Oscars won by the film. (See pic below)

Variations*: After the 50th Academy Awards were held in Los Angeles, California on April 3, 1978, in which Star Wars won 7 Oscars, a new variation of this quad was released to the general public with information proclaiming the films new achievements.
