Other Info: Return of the Jedi was re-released on March 29, 1985 to theaters a day after the Triple-Bill trilogy film showings occurred across the US/Canada. The poster illustration used to promote the re-release included the exploding "Death Star" on top of the blue starry horizon, with the cast of Rebel heroes and friends row below it. It has the blue text lettering for the logo and it also contains information about the Star Wars Fan Club in the lower cast and credits area. At the top the tagline says, "Return - To A Galaxy Far, Far Away". This poster and it's counterparts (insert/half-sheet) were to officially be the last of the known theatrical posters that would ever be produced for the Star Wars Trilogy, along with the Ewok adventures film posters, if you count them, here in the United States. Little did we know then, just how many more there were to come starting with the Star Wars Special Edition posters in '96. (Tag style info - in the bottom white border - NSS #R850025 Return of the Jedi Reissue 1 Sheet / Printed In U.S.A.)

Variations*: Two version printings of this poster exist. A National Screen Services version and a Studio version.
