Other Info: Don Post Studios was a premier American mask and costume manufacturer, founded in 1938. They created iconic masks for both Hollywood and the everyman and even invented the classic rubber masks that we all knew and loved as kids on Halloween. They became a "Star Wars" licensee in 1976 and proceeded to create many character masks, helmets, costumes, and even replica life-size props from the "Star Wars Saga". This iconic promotional poster, featured their first set of deluxe masks created for the fans of the first film. It has a red border around the layout with the Star Wars logo in the upper left hand corner. Below it, it says, "Masks from Don Post Studios" which includes their decoration emblem. The main portion of the poster shows a costumed "Darth Vader", with lightsaber drawn, standing in front of the Death Star. To the right and below are four boxes showcasing their masks/helmets, which included Darth Vader, Chewbacca, Stormtrooper, and C-3PO. In the bottom border it also has the copyright information - ©Copyright Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation 1977. (See pics below)
